    Credit Manager

    For one of our clients, a leading financial organization in the investment sector, we are seeking an experienced Credit Manager to lead the origination, structuring, and execution of complex financing transactions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead the unit’s business activity, with an emphasis on client acquisition.

    • Develop and structure financing solutions tailored to each transaction.

    • Lead negotiations through to successful deal closure.

    • Manage the deal flow across multiple internal and external stakeholders.

    • Develop financing methodologies for various types of transactions and industries.

    • Identify market trends and lead the development of new products and strategic collaborations.

    • Build and manage ongoing business relationships with clients.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field – required.

    • At least 5 years of management experience within a financial institution – required.

    • At least 5 years of significant experience in corporate credit, including independently leading credit transactions – required.

    • Experience reading and analyzing financial statements, financial models, and investment plans – required.

    • Strong analytical and financial analysis skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Independent and creative, with the ability to initiate and drive processes autonomously.

    • High level of ownership, initiative, and willingness to work in a demanding environment.
