Responsibilities:
• Provide legal and professional support to the company's clients regarding trust services and employee equity compensation plans under Section 102 of the Israeli Income Tax Ordinance.
• Provide ongoing legal support to private and public companies, both Israeli and international, in the administration of employee stock option and equity plans.
• Serve as a legal advisor to the company's operations teams and clients on legal, tax, and trust-related matters concerning the equity compensation plans administered by the company as trustee.
• Provide legal and trustee support for share acquisition transactions.
• Review tax rulings and tax arrangements, and provide guidance regarding their implementation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, agreements, and equity grant documentation.
• Liaise with the Israel Tax Authority and submit the required legal and regulatory documentation.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external parties in Israel and abroad.
Qualifications:
• LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) – required.
• Licensed Attorney (member of the Israeli Bar Association) – required.
• 1–2 years of post-qualification legal experience – required.
• High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking) – required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong ability to quickly learn and analyze complex legal and tax-related matters.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and presentation skills.
