About the Role
We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead to drive the organization's AI transformation by leading the adoption, implementation, and scaling of Enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. Responsibilities
• Serve as the organization's primary AI subject matter expert.
• Design, develop, and implement AI Agents and Generative AI solutions for enterprise-wide use.
• Guide business users and technical teams in building AI-powered solutions and overcoming technical challenges.
• Define AI standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Lead the secure deployment of AI solutions across the organization.
• Transform ideas, proofs of concept (POCs), and employee initiatives into production-ready, scalable AI platforms.
• Evaluate and recommend AI technologies based on business needs.

• Collaborate closely with Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data, and Business teams.

• Partner with executive leadership to define the company's AI roadmap and long-term AI strategy.
Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience leading Enterprise AI and Generative AI initiatives.
• Hands-on experience building AI Agents, LLM-based applications, AI automations, and intelligent workflows.
• Strong experience with modern AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, GitHub Copilot, NotebookLM, and similar technologies.
• Experience driving AI adoption and AI enablement across business units.
• Proven experience establishing AI governance, methodologies, standards, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise AI architecture, deployment models, security, identity management, and access control.
• Experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end—from ideation and proof of concept through production deployment.
• Ability to coach users, remove adoption barriers, and promote responsible AI usage.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Infrastructure, Information Security, Data, and Business stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with a systems-oriented mindset.
• Experience presenting strategic initiatives to senior executives.
• Ability to drive organizational change and AI transformation.
• Experience working with teams in the United States.
• Fluent English.
