    We are looking for a proficient and highly-skilled Payroll Controller to join our payroll team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies, and supporting employees with payroll-related inquiries.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process monthly payroll for employees accurately and on schedule

    • Ensure compliance with tax regulations, labor laws, pension, and social benefits requirements

    • Monitor and control employee attendance, working hours, and absence reports, including sick leave, vacation, and reserve duty leave

    • Handle employee onboarding and termination processes related to payroll and benefits

    • Calculate salaries, hourly employees, deductions, and reimbursements

    • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and external authorities

    • Coordinate with HR and Finance departments regarding employee updates and payroll changes

    • Serve as a point of contact for employees and resolve discrepancies

    • Support audits and prepare required payroll documentation

    • Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end closing activities

    Requirements:

    • Certified Payroll Accountant / Specialist

    • Minimum 2 years proven experience in payroll processing

    • Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social benefits

    • High proficiency in Hilan and Excel (Must)

    • High attention to detail and accuracy

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
