Hiring: Systems Analysis Team Lead

We are looking for an experienced Systems Analysis Team Lead to join a leading organization and take responsibility for the professional and managerial leadership of a team of System Analysts.

This role combines people management, ownership of complex analysis processes, close collaboration with business and technology stakeholders, and a broad system vision in a highly integrated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of System Analysts, including mentoring, professional development, and establishing best practices.

• Own the end-to-end analysis process, from business requirements definition through delivery to development teams.

• Ensure high-quality business and technical specifications, consistency, completeness, and alignment with organizational standards.

• Define methodologies, templates, processes, and standards for system analysis.

• Lead complex system analysis initiatives across core business systems and digital platforms.

• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, Architecture, and business stakeholders.

• Manage risks, dependencies, analysis gaps, and delivery challenges.

• Drive Agile/Scrum methodologies within analysis processes.

• Improve analysis workflows, knowledge management, and organizational standards.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in complex system analysis – mandatory

• 2-3+ years of experience managing a team of System Analysts – mandatory

• Proven experience in financial domains (stocks, options, financial products) – mandatory

• Strong experience writing complex business and technical specifications.

• Experience working with databases and data modeling – mandatory

• Experience working with complex systems and multiple integrations

• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments – mandatory

• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
