The Role:
• Overall responsibility for the company’s financial management, including accounting, budgeting, control, cash flow, and financial statements
• Responsibility for reporting to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders
• Ongoing work with the Board of Directors
• Strategic partner in business development, M&A, and business expansion initiatives
• Leadership of finance and additional HQ functions, including management of professional teams
Requirements:
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Proven experience as CFO / VP Finance in a publicly traded company
• Experience in an industrial or FMCG environment – advantage
• Strong knowledge of capital markets regulation and public company reporting
• Experience working with investors and financial institutions
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and excellent interpersonal skills
