למפעל תעשייתי מוביל דרוש/ה מתאמ/ת מחסן תוצרת גמורה לתפקיד מרכזי הכולל אחריות על תפעול המחסן, תיאום פעילות שוטפת והובלת תהליכים לוגיסטיים בסביבה דינמית ומתקדמת.

מה בתפקיד?

• ניהול ותפעול שוטף של מחסן התוצרת הגמורה.

• הובלה והנעת צוות של כ-4 מחסנאים/ות.

• אחריות על קליטת סחורה, אחסון, ליקוט, ניפוק והעמסת משלוחים בהתאם לתוכנית העבודה.

• עבודה שוטפת במערכת WMS ובמערכות ממוחשבות לניהול מלאי ותנועות מחסן.

• ביצוע בקרות מלאי, ספירות מלאי וטיפול בפערים.

• אחריות על סדר, ארגון ועמידה בנהלי בטיחות ואיכות.

• עבודה מול ממשקים מגוונים בארגון, לרבות ייצור, תפ"י ולוגיסטיקה.

• מעקב אחר עמידה ביעדי שירות, איכות ותפוקה.

• טיפול בתקלות תפעוליות ושיפור תהליכי עבודה.

• עבודה Hands-On כחלק מהפעילות השוטפת במחסן.

דרישות התפקיד:

• רישיון מלגזה בתוקף – חובה.

• ניסיון קודם בעבודה במחסן ממוחשב – יתרון.

• ניסיון בעבודה עם מערכת WMS – יתרון משמעותי.

• ניסיון בהובלת עובדים או בתפקיד ריכוזי במחסן – יתרון.

• שליטה בעברית – חובה.

• שליטה ביישומי Office – חובה.

Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator

A leading industrial manufacturing company is seeking a Finished Goods Warehouse Coordinator for a key role responsible for warehouse operations, daily coordination, and leading logistics processes in a dynamic and advanced environment.

What does the role include?

• Managing and operating the finished goods warehouse on a daily basis.

• Leading and motivating a team of approximately 4 warehouse workers.

• Responsibility for receiving goods, storage, picking, issuing, and loading shipments according to the work plan.

• Ongoing work with a WMS system and computerized inventory and warehouse management systems.

• Performing inventory controls, cycle counts, and handling discrepancies.

• Responsibility for order, organization, and compliance with safety and quality procedures.

• Working with various organizational interfaces, including production, planning (PPC), and logistics.

• Monitoring service levels, quality, and productivity targets.

• Handling operational issues and driving process improvements.

• Hands-on work as part of the daily warehouse activity.

Qualifications (English)

Requirements:

• Valid forklift license – mandatory.

• Previous experience in a computerized warehouse – advantage.

• Experience working with a WMS system – significant advantage.

• Experience leading employees or holding a coordinating role in a warehouse – advantage.

• Hebrew proficiency – mandatory.

• Proficiency in MS Office – mandatory.
