In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (36 months).
The overall objective of this assignment is to provide strategic, technical and logistical communication support to DG MENA in the planning, development and implementation of its day-to-day communication activities, with the aim of strengthening the visibility, outreach and impact of the European Union's policies, initiatives and partnerships across the Middle East, North Africa and the Gulf region.
Senior Non-Key Expert - Opinion-Survey Analyst
Responsibilities
• Designing quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including opinion surveys and focus groups.
• Developing questionnaires, discussion guides and sampling approaches.
• Analysing survey data and focus group findings to identify trends, perceptions and communication opportunities.
• Preparing analytical reports, presentations and evidence-based recommendations.
• Supporting audience segmentation and behavioural insights for communication campaigns.
• Advising on research methodologies, data quality and interpretation of findings.
• Presenting research results to project teams, DG MENA and other stakeholders.
• Contributing research insights to communication strategies, campaign development and policy outreach activities.
Minimum Qualification and Skills
• Degree in statistics, social sciences or market research;
• Fluent English.
Minimum General and Specific Professional Experience
• 5 years' general experience in survey/opinion research;
• 3 years' specific experience designing/analysing surveys and focus groups;
• Regional research experience is an asset.
