Original listing · kept for referenceThe one-liner
Sell Fortune 500 field-sales teams a voice AI that finally kills CRM data entry — and do it from Israel, into the US, owning deals end to end, owning strategic enterprise deals from first conversation to signature.
Why this seat is different
You already know how to sell to sales leaders. Here you'll sell *to the exact buyer you've spent your career becoming* — VPs of Sales, Sales Ops, and field-org leaders at big US enterprises. Our product is voice-in, structured Salesforce-record-out in ~30 seconds. Reps stop typing; managers get clean CRM data. You'll walk into every room speaking the buyer's native language.
This is a founding AE seat. No inherited playbook, no 12-month ramp to hide behind. You run discovery, build the deal, and help write how we sell — reporting straight to the CRO.
Requirements:
Must-haves
• 5+ years closing B2B enterprise software deals into the US market.
• Demonstrated success closing six-figure and multi-six-figure enterprise SaaS deals.
• Full-cycle ownership — you source, qualify, and close, not just take handoffs.
• Comfortable running US business hours from Israel, and traveling to the US when a deal needs it.
• Experience navigating complex procurement and security review processes.
• Native-level English; you present to and negotiate with US executives daily.
Responsibilities:
What You'll Own
• Close new-logo enterprise deals in the US, from first call to signature.
• Run full-cycle discovery, demo, business case, security review, and negotiation.
• Sell into and around Salesforce field-sales orgs — the whole value prop is Salesforce-shaped.
• Multi-thread across the buying committee: VP Sales, Sales Ops, RevOps, IT/Security, procurement, finance.
• Build the repeatable motion — objection library, deal stages, MEDDIC discipline — alongside the CRO.
• Keep your own CRM clean. (Yes, we hear the irony.)
• Partner closely with Product and Customer Success to shape customer feedback into product improvements.
• Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders across customer organizations.
Big Pluses:
Strong advantage
• You've sold to US sales teams / sales leaders before (sales enablement, RevOps tooling, CRM, sales AI, field-sales software). You know how this buyer thinks, budgets, and stalls.
• Experience selling AI or voice products, or anything that touches Salesforce.
• Early-stage / first-rep experience where you built the process, not followed it.
