    Quality Manager – New Glass Factory | RB‑GROUP

    As part of our expansion, we are opening a new glass production facility and are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join our leadership team.

    Position

    We are seeking a hands‑on, analytical, and proactive Quality Manager to lead all quality assurance and quality control activities in our new glass plant

    Key Responsibilities

    Supplier & Raw Material Quality

    • Lead Receiving Quality Control (RQC) and in‑house raw material inspections

    • Analyze supplier anomalies and implement corrective actions

    • Manage monthly supplier ratings and improvement plans

    • Conduct monthly supplier system and process audits

    Production Quality & Troubleshooting

    • Ensure the quality of all finished glass products

    • Lead troubleshooting activities across the production plant

    • Analyze process defects and implement reduction strategies

    • Manage in‑process quality checks and defect analysis

    • Share daily rejection reports and quality status with factory teams

    Quality Systems & Continuous Improvement

    • Implement production control plans

    • Conduct product and manufacturing audits

    • Lead ISO certification implementation

    • Deploy and monitor quality control plans

    • Review daily operations and loss reports

    • Participate in new product development

    • Ensure safety compliance across all operations

    • Drive cost‑saving and continuous improvement projects

    • Implement “zero defect” activities at customer interface

    • Use quality tools such as PDA, AMDEC/FMEA, and other analytical methods

    • Organize monthly quality performance reviews and action plans

    Requires skills

    ·      AutoCAD

    ·      SolidWorks

    ·      Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    ·      Supplier improvement & development

    ·      Resource optimization

    ·      Team leadership and positive, proactive mindset

    Qualifications

    ·      Engineering degree (ideally Electromechanical)

    ·      Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality department within:

    • Automotive glass industry,

    • Building glass industry, or

    • Automotive sector

    ·      Strong knowledge of quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement tools
