Working as part of a global People team, you'll partner with managers and employees to provide trusted advice, navigate employee relations matters and help build an engaging, high-performing culture.
The Role As the HR Generalist for Israel, you'll provide expert HR support across the full employee lifecycle, acting as the local employment law specialist and trusted advisor to the business. You'll balance employee advocacy with commercial thinking, ensuring compliance, supporting managers through complex people matters and helping translate global HR initiatives into locally effective solutions.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Act as DAZN's subject matter expert on Israeli employment law, ensuring compliance across the employee lifecycle.
• Partner with managers and employees to provide trusted advice on employee relations, performance, absence, disciplinary and workplace matters.
• Independently manage employee relations cases, investigations and grievances through to resolution.
• Coach managers on employment decisions, ensuring fair, consistent and legally compliant outcomes.
• Work closely with global People and Legal teams to adapt HR policies and programmes for the Israeli market.
• Monitor legislative changes and recommend updates to policies, processes and employment practices.
• Manage employment documentation, HR administration and employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Champion a positive employee experience by building strong relationships, supporting engagement initiatives and acting as a trusted HR partner across the business.
