We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Admin & HR Specialist to join our team and support our global workforce. This role combines HR operations, employee experience, recruitment coordination, and administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and a positive employee experience.
This is a full-time maternity leave replacement position, with the potential to become a permanent role based on business needs and performance. The position is expected to start on October 4, 2026.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources
• Manage the company's HRIS system and address employee inquiries and ongoing HR requests
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departing employees
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and compliant employee records
• Organize and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other HR initiatives.
• Plan and execute company events, employee engagement programs, and welfare activities for a global remote team
• Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews
• Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
• Take an active role in the annual performance review process, employee satisfaction survey, and ongoing performance management activities
Administrative
• Assist with processing and tracking invoices in collaboration with the Finance team
• Own and coordinate the monthly payroll preparation process by collecting, reviewing, validating, consolidating, and preparing HR data including attendance, benefits, and Travel & Expense (T&E) from company systems, working closely with Finance and payroll providers to ensure accurate, complete, and timely payroll inputs
• Support day-to-day business operations by managing remote workplace tools, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring employees have the resources needed to work effectively in a fully remote environment
• Maintain organized administrative processes and documentation
Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources/HR Operations and Office Management/ administrative roles
• Experience working with HRIS platforms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment
• Experience supporting a global and/or remote workforce is an advantage
