Position Overview Pi-Cardia is looking for a proactive and hands-on Maintenance Associate to support the company's day-to-day maintenance and facility operations. The role is responsible for maintaining equipment, utilities, and building systems, coordinating preventive maintenance and calibration programs, managing external vendors, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained working environment across the organization. Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for maintenance and calibration of manufacturing, QC, and R&D equipment, jigs, and tools. • Preparing and monitoring an annual maintenance plan and defining required maintenance actions for the company’s equipment, jigs, and tools. • Overall responsibility for company facilities repairs on various systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical; diagnose and troubleshoot equipment failures promptly. • Work closely with other departments to identify maintenance needs and prioritize • Assist in training staff on safety practices related to equipment use. • Act as a first responder for facility-related emergencies, coordinating with external vendors when necessary.
