Role Description The Visitor Center Manager / Director is a full-time, on-site role based in West Jerusalem. Core responsibilities include managing staff and volunteers, coordinating schedules, maintaining facility standards, and ensuring that educational materials and displays are up to date and accessible. Qualifications
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills, with the ability to supervise, motivate, and develop staff and volunteers in a collaborative environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with a strong commitment to respectful, nonjudgmental engagement with diverse visitors.
