      UCT is looking for a talented Planner III to join us in Israel!

      The Planner III is responsible for developing and maintaining production plans and master schedules to meet customer requirements and optimize resource utilization. This role performs advanced planning functions, including simulation modeling, scenario optimization, and capacity analysis, while reconciling material and production conflicts. The Planner III collaborates across engineering, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, engineer-to-order environment.

      Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Perform simulation modeling and scenario optimization to improve planning accuracy and efficiency.

      • Prepare and present Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) reports to senior management.

      • Manage production planning and control for assigned lines, ensuring schedule adherence and material availability.

      • Develop and maintain master production schedules based on engineering plans and specifications.

      • Create, release, monitor, and close work orders throughout the production cycle.

      • Analyze labor loading and capacity requirements to ensure schedule feasibility.

      • Troubleshoot production control issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

      • Monitor and resolve process shortages to maintain schedule integrity.

      • Collaborate with engineering, quality, purchasing, and operations to ensure specifications and quality standards are met.

      • Facilitate operations and material status meetings to communicate priorities and resolve issues.

      • Coordinate engineering change orders and update schedules accordingly.

      • Interface with customers as needed to confirm delivery schedules or address concerns.

      Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

      • Expertise in production planning, scheduling, and capacity analysis.

      • Ability to read and interpret engineering bills of materials (BOM) and technical specifications.

      • Strong analytical skills for simulation modeling and scenario planning.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.

      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with MRP/ERP systems.

      • Meeting facilitation and stakeholder management skills to drive alignment and accountability.

      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing complex schedules.

      • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

      Education, Certifications, Requirements:

      • 5+ years of planning experience with working knowledge of quick-turn, low volume, engineer-to-order production environment.

      • 5+ years of experience using advanced planning tools such as Kinaxis, APO or ASCP.
