A leading healthcare organization is looking for a Healthcare IT Project Manager to lead impactful digital transformation initiatives at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clinical applications, from requirements gathering and system analysis through deployment and go-live.

• Manage cross-functional projects involving IT teams, developers, implementation specialists, and external vendors.

• Work closely with clinical application teams to optimize workflows and support business needs.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a dynamic, mission-critical healthcare environment.

• Drive process improvements and ensure successful adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in project management, preferably involving Healthcare IT systems (e.g., Chameleon, MetaVision).

• At least 1 year of experience in systems analysis and requirements gathering for complex applications and interfaces.

• Strong matrix management and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong technical understanding.

• High level of technical English.
