We are seeking an experienced and motivated Embedded Software Team Lead to join a leading global technology company developing advanced electronics products for the automotive, aerospace, and commercial industries.
In this role, you will lead a dedicated team of embedded software engineers within our Israeli R&D center, which serves as the global center of excellence for automotive AI technologies. You will balance technical leadership and hands-on people management, taking full ownership of architecture, processes, quality, and delivery of industrial-grade products.
Key Responsibilities
• Team Leadership & Mentoring: Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 embedded software engineers, fostering technical excellence and professional growth.
• Core Development & Delivery: Design, develop, integrate, and deliver embedded software components in C and C++ across Linux and RTOS environments.
• Architecture & Standards: Drive software architecture decisions, enforce code quality standards, and champion industry best practices.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with algorithms, systems, hardware, QA, and product teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Global Operations: Collaborate daily with global teams, participate in Agile/Scrum activities, and continuously drive process improvements.
