אחריות מלאה לריכוז תהליך היבוא, מהקמת הזמנת הרכש, עד הגעת הסחורה למחסנים ומעקב אחר מלאים
הכנה ותפעול של הזמנות יבוא הכולל עבודה ומו"מ מול חברות עמילות, משלחים ומובילים בים לאומיים, עד הגעת הסחורוות למחסני החברה
ניהול תיקי יבוא אישור החשבוניות והתשלומים
במסגרת העבודה נדרשת בקרה על ספירות ועיתוד מלאי
התנהלות מול מכון התקנים
דרישות התפקיד:
ניסיון בתחום ייבוא - חובה
ניסיון בעבודה מול חברות שילוח ועמילות מכס - חובה
ניסיון בעבודה מול מכון התקנים- יתרון
ידע בשפות: עברית- שפת אם, אנגלית- רמה גבוהה (דיבור, קריאה וכתיבה)- יבוצע מבדק במסגר תהליך המיון
שירותיות ,עבודת צוות ,סדר וארגון
