The Role

• Lead deep technical security assessments of blockchain systems, crypto platforms, and digital asset infrastructure

• Analyze complex architectures across custody, transaction orchestration, and blockchain integrations

• Identify realistic attack paths across wallet systems, backend services, APIs, and on-chain interactions

• Design and review secure architectures for exchanges, custodians, and blockchain-enabled platforms

• Contribute to internal tooling, methodologies, and security frameworks for crypto systems

• Work in a small, highly technical team with high ownership in an evolving domain

How You Will Contribute

• Perform hands-on security assessments of exchanges, custodians, and wallet infrastructure

• Analyze wallet architectures (hot/warm/cold), MPC and multisig implementations, and key management flows

• Break down transaction lifecycles end-to-end, including policy enforcement, signing, and settlement

• Review backend systems, APIs, and infrastructure supporting asset movement and control

• Evaluate cloud environments, access control models, and secrets management practices

• Identify risks in integrations with DeFi protocols, bridges, and third-party services

• Model attacker behaviour across off-chain systems and on-chain interactions

• Produce technically rigorous findings with clear remediation guidance

• Contribute to internal threat models and crypto-specific security playbooks

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience with strong technical depth in systems, application, or infrastructure security

• Experience working with crypto platforms, custody systems, or blockchain-based applications

• Strong understanding of wallet architectures, MPC, multisig, and key management practices

• Solid grasp of transaction flows and control mechanisms in digital asset systems

• Good knowledge of backend systems, APIs, distributed systems, and cloud environments

• Familiarity with blockchain ecosystems (e.g., EVM, Bitcoin) and common DeFi interaction patterns

• Ability to analyze complex systems and identify non-obvious security risks

• Experience in security assessments, threat modeling, or architecture reviews

• Coding or scripting experience (e.g., Python, Go) is a plus

• Strong interest in crypto security incidents and attacker techniques
