    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Executive Personal Assistant to work closely with the firm’s Managing Partners and senior leadership team.

    The Executive Personal Assistant will serve as a key partner to the firm’s management, supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of strategic and organizational initiatives.

    The role includes driving cross-functional processes, managing priorities and deliverables, and ensuring effective coordination between multiple stakeholders across the firm.

    This is a high-impact position requiring strong project and process management capabilities, business acumen, broad organizational understanding, exceptional discretion, and the ability to independently advance complex initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree – required.

    • At least two years of experience in an Executive PMO, Senior PMO, Chief of Staff Office, CEO Office, Management Operations, or a similar role – required.

    • Proven experience working directly with senior executives – required.

    • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive complex cross-functional processes.

    • Strong project management, prioritization, and follow-up capabilities.

    • Excellent analytical skills and proven experience working with data, reports, and presentations.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and AI tools.

    • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a complex organizational environment.

    • Absolute discretion, integrity, and the ability to handle highly sensitive information.

    • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong service-oriented approach.
