לחברה מובילה בשרון הצפוני דרוש/ה ראש/ת צוות אלקטרו-אופטיקה להובלת צוות מקצועי ולהובלת הפיתוח של רכיבים ומערכות אלקטרו-אופטיות מתקדמות.
תחומי אחריות:
• ניהול והובלה מקצועית של צוות מהנדסי אלקטרו-אופטיקה.
• הגדרת דרישות טכניות, בחירת רכיבים ואינטגרציה במערכות.
• הובלת תהליכי בדיקות, ניסויים ואפיון רכיבים.
• עבודה מול ספקים ושותפים בארץ ובחו"ל.
• פתרון בעיות הנדסיות מורכבות והובלת חדשנות טכנולוגית.
• עבודה שוטפת מול צוותי פיתוח רב-תחומיים.
דרישות:
• תואר רלוונטי בהנדסת אלקטרו-אופטיקה, פיזיקה, הנדסת חשמל או תחום דומה.
• לפחות 5 שנות ניסיון בפיתוח מערכות או רכיבים אלקטרו-אופטיים.
• ניסיון בהובלת צוות או בניהול מקצועי - יתרון משמעותי.
• ידע באחד או יותר מהתחומים: לייזרים, אופטיקה, צגים או מערכות תרמיות.
• ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים בינלאומיים.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה.
• נכונות לנסיעות לחו"ל.
