The ideal candidate will have initial experience in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), including the ability to review acquisition agreements and support transactional processes, along with a solid understanding of tax-related aspects of corporate transactions.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial awareness, and a very high level of English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage bespoke M&A / Tax Insurance placement and underwriting processes
• Review acquisition agreements and related transaction documents
• Assist with due diligence reviews and transaction analysis
• Identify and assess legal, financial, and tax-related issues
• Work closely with internal teams, clients, and external advisors
Requirements:
• Qualified Lawyer or CPA
• Approximately 2 years of relevant professional experience
• Familiarity with M&A transactions and transaction documentation
• Excellent analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment, while remaining organized and orderly
• Very high level of English, both written and verbal
• Excellent independent and OJT learning skills
