Procurement Specialist

Are you at the beginning of your procurement career and looking for an opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact? PassportCard is looking for a motivated Procurement Specialist to join our Finance team and take part in managing diverse procurement activities across the organization.

In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams, supporting procurement processes from end to end. You'll gain exposure to a wide variety of procurement categories, develop your negotiation skills, and play a key role in supporting the company's growth and operational excellence.

What You'll Do

Manage procurement requests and support sourcing processes from initiation to completion.

Conduct commercial negotiations and obtain competitive supplier proposals.

Handle purchase orders, invoices, contracts, and related documentation.

Work closely with multiple business units, including Marketing, HR, Technology, Cyber Security, and more.

Prepare commercial comparisons and evaluate alternative solutions.

Monitor procurement activities, track progress, and provide status updates.

Identify risks, escalate issues when needed, and support decision-making processes.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and procurement automation efforts.

What We're Looking For

Up to 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage.

Military background in Procurement, Logistics, or Purchasing roles – an advantage.

Strong Excel skills and analytical capabilities.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leaders.

Commercial mindset, attention to detail, and a proactive approach.

Experience with procurement systems and technology procurement (hardware, software, SaaS) – an advantage.

Familiarity with AI tools for process automation and operational efficiency – an advantage.
