ניהול אבני דרך לפיתוח כגון סקרי תיכון, ניסויים, בדיקות ו-PRR מול מהנדסי הפיתוח
ניהול הקשר השוטף עם מזמין הפיתוח ועדכונו בהתקדמות הפרויקט
ניהול סיכוני פיתוח וגיבוש דרכים להקטנתם
ניהול משאבי הפיתוח (שעות וחומר) מול הבקרה התקציבית
ניהול דרישות רכש לפיתוח (רכיבים, אבי טיפוס, כרטיסי בדיקה ועוד)
ניהול תהליך העברה מפיתוח לייצור מול קו הייצור
דרישות
מהנדס תעשייה וניהול או תואר ראשון
ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בניהול פרויקטים או ניהול תהליכים דומים בתעשייה
שליטה בכלי ניהול פרויקטים (MS Project, Excel) - יתרון
