Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of learning services, educational programs, and training solutions for Philips employees, channel partners, and customers, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and global business needs.

• Develop and maintain clinical and technical training content for MRI and Advanced Visualization solutions, including instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), eLearning, videos, assessments, and supporting learning materials.

• Deliver engaging training programs to a global audience across multiple regions and time zones, adapting instructional approaches to accommodate diverse learner needs, cultures, and experience levels.

• Serve as a subject matter expert for MRI clinical workflows, imaging concepts, and related applications, translating complex clinical information into effective learning experiences.

• Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies to create impactful learning solutions that improve learner engagement, knowledge retention, and product adoption.

• Participate in cross-functional projects involving Product Management, Clinical Applications, Marketing, Service, and regional teams to support product launches, upgrades, and continuous learning initiatives.

• Analyze learner feedback, training metrics, and performance data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization of training programs.

• Mentor and support other learning professionals by sharing best practices in instructional design, training delivery, and learner engagement techniques.

• Manage multiple training development and delivery projects simultaneously, including planning, prioritization, resource coordination, and adherence to quality and compliance requirements.

• Drive innovation in learning services by evaluating and implementing new instructional technologies, delivery methods, and educational strategies.

Minimum Required Education

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Radiologic Sciences, or Healthcare Education.

• Master's degree is a plus.

Minimum Required Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning Services, Clinical Education, Training Delivery, Curriculum Development, or a related education field.

• Minimum of 5 years of MRI clinical, MRI applications, or MRI education experience in a healthcare, medical imaging, or healthcare technology environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in MRI clinical workflows, image acquisition concepts, anatomy, pathology, and post-processing applications.

• Experience delivering training to clinical professionals, healthcare providers, field personnel, or customers.

• Experience developing instructional content for classroom, virtual, and self-paced learning environments.

• Fluent written and spoken English required.

• Ability to support a global audience and work effectively across multiple time zones.
