בתפקיד תהיו מנוע ביצוע מרכזי – תעסקו בניתוח, פיתוח תוצרים והפיכת תובנות להמלצות אופרטיביות, עם פוטנציאל להתפתח להובלת פרויקטים ולקוחות בעתיד.
תחומי אחריות בתפקיד
• תמיכה בפרויקטי אסטרטגיה, חדשנות ו-AI
• ביצוע מחקר, ניתוחים ובנצ’מרקים והפקת תובנות
• הכנת מצגות הנהלה, מסמכים ותוצרי לקוח
• סיוע בגיבוש Use Cases ו-Business Cases
• השתתפות בסדנאות, ראיונות ותהליכי עבודה עם לקוחות
• תמיכה בהכשרות, תהליכי הטמעה ופיתוח תוכן מקצועי
דרישות המשרה
• 2–5 שנות ניסיון בייעוץ / אנליטיקה / מוצר / טכנולוגיה / טרנספורמציה
• ניסיון בבניית תוצרים ברמה גבוהה (מצגות, מסמכים)
• יכולות אנליטיות חזקות וחשיבה מובנית
• יכולת עבודה מול לקוחות ובעלי עניין
