    Our Mission

Neema is all about impact - how often do you get the chance to affect the lives of others, across the globe?

Our vision is simple: let everyone enjoy financial freedom, regardless of their banking status, credit score, or other obsolete metrics.

At Neema, we’re building a global payments platform that’s better than a bank - serving both businesses and individuals.

On one side, we power fintechs and enterprises with a robust API based cross-border infrastructure.

On the other, we deliver advanced financial services directly to 100’s of thousands of users every month, through our own NeoBank application.

Our proprietary patent pending Dynamic Routing® technology sits at the core, enabling local-like, real-time cross-border payments across 150+ countries and 50+ currencies - reliably, transparently, and at scale.

From multi-currency accounts and international Mastercards to complex B2B payment orchestration, we move money where it’s needed, when it’s needed - even in the hardest-to-reach destinations.

We believe stability is the foundation of every payment, and combining it with cutting-edge innovation is how we scale globally.

Both products are deeply interconnected, yet serve very different audiences - and your job will be to make them feel seamless.

    About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on IT Manager to take end-to-end ownership of Neema's corporate IT environment. You will be the single owner of our identity, endpoint,, working closely with the CISO to ensure our IT environment is secure, well-governed, and cost-efficient.

As a regulated fintech company, we hold ourselves to a high bar: every account, every application, and every license must have an owner, a purpose, and a secure configuration. You will be the person who makes that true - and keeps it true.

    • Own the administration of JumpCloud as our identity and device management platform, including SSO, MFA policies, device policies, directory hygiene, and integrations.

    • Administer and secure Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Claude Enterprise environments, including tenant configuration, security baselines, data sharing controls, and admin role governance.

    • Own the full user lifecycle: structured onboarding, role changes, and offboarding across all systems, ensuring timely deprovisioning and zero orphaned accounts.

    • Manage and support workstations, printers and office equipment. Administer Windows and Mac workstations and mobile devices, including MDM enrollment, patching, encryption, and endpoint hardening. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding logistics, equipment, and provide day-to-day technical support to end-users.

    Requirements:

    • 2+ years of hands-on IT administration experience, including at least 1 year owning IT operations (as an IT Manager,System administrator, etc.) - preferably in a SaaS-first, cloud-native company.

    • Deep practical expertise administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 at the tenant/admin level, including security and compliance settings.

    • Hands-on experience with JumpCloud (or a comparable IdP/UEM such as Active Directory, Okta, Entra ID, or JAMF Pro) - including SSO, SCIM provisioning, and device policy management.

    • Service-oriented with strong customer-facing communication skills; able to enforce policy while keeping employees productive and happy.Proven experience building and running user lifecycle processes (joiner-mover-leaver) with automation where possible.
