Role Description The Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machinist role at T-Odent LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in Zippori. The CNC Machinist will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision components according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include selecting and installing tooling, adjusting machine settings, performing basic programming edits, and conducting in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances. The role involves working closely with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining issues, documenting production activities in accordance with QMS and ERP procedures, and performing routine maintenance on machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Machine Operation and Machinery handling, including setup, adjustment, and safe use of CNC equipment.
• Candidates should possess solid Machining and Milling skills, with experience in precision metalworking and interpreting technical drawings.
• Candidates should possess Quality Control skills, including the use of measurement tools and adherence to ISO 9001 or similar standards.
• Experience with Swiss-type CNC machines or multi-axis machining is highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Relevant vocational training or technical certification in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering is preferred.
