Sunflower is a fast-paced B2C gaming startup in Tel Aviv on a mission to create gaming experiences that captivate millions. We're scaling fast. We're looking for a Social User Acquisition Manager who's equal parts data nerd and creative maverick. Someone who gets genuinely excited about A/B tests AND killer ad creative. If you're the type who geeks out over cohort curves but also has opinions on color palettes, we need to talk.

Requirements: The skills: 1-2 years managing performance marketing campaigns (gaming experience is a major plus) The degree: BA/BSc in Economics, Statistics, Psychology, Philosophy, or a quantitative field – bonus points for psych/econ combo The brain: Strong analytical chops + an eye for what looks good. You know your way around Excel, and SQL is a big advantage The mindset: Curious, independent, quick learner who doesn't wait to be told what to do The vibe: You're a people person but can happily disappear into data for hours. You're fun to work with. You care. You're a little bit obsessive (in the best way) The intangibles: Sharp, creative, willing to put in the extra mile when it counts. Not interested in coasting – you're here to build something Fluent English (written and verbal) What we're really looking for: Someone with a knife between their teeth and a smile on their face. Analytical enough to spot a 2% conversion lift, creative enough to know why it happened. Someone who knows what they don't know – and gets excited about figuring it out.
