Role Description The כמאי- תמחירן (Quantity Surveyor/Estimator) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Herzliya, with the option to work part of the time from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing cost estimates and bills of quantities, analyzing project plans and specifications, and reviewing contractor and supplier quotations. The role involves monitoring project budgets, tracking cost changes, and supporting contract negotiations to ensure financial control and profitability. The כמאי- תמחירן will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and procurement to provide accurate pricing data, financial forecasts, and cost reports throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in quantity surveying and cost estimation, including preparing bills of quantities and detailed project budgets.
• Experience interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and construction workflows.
• Proficiency with estimation and project management software, as well as MS Excel and other relevant office tools.
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, local regulations, and industry pricing norms.
• Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers.
