Responsibilities
Lead and Manage the Development Department
• Provide overall leadership for the development organization, including software engineers and QA professionals.
• Directly manage a team of approximately 8–9 employees.
• Define and execute the department’s strategy, roadmap, and operational plans.
• Establish and improve development methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Drive innovation and promote the adoption of new technologies, automation, and AI-driven development tools.
Partner with Business Stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with leadership, sales, and marketing teams.
• Prioritize development initiatives according to business needs and strategic objectives.
• Manage planning, budgeting, resource allocation, and delivery priorities.
