Job Description
• Provide legal advice to company divisions and business units.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents (primarily in English).
• Support corporate, commercial, operational, and regulatory legal matters.
• Liaise with external and internal legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support contract management and legal documentation processes.
• Participate in cross-functional and international projects.
• Responsible for corporate secretarial matters for the Group’s Israeli entities.
• Monitor and interpret regulatory developments and ensure policies and procedures are updated.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures aligned with local and international regulations.
• Ensure timely and accurate regulatory filings and disclosures.
• Liaise with management, regulatory authorities, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Support implementation of regulatory frameworks including GDPR, NIS2, PART-IS, aviation regulations, and other applicable standards.
• Manage cargo-related claims and disputes, including liability assessments and settlement negotiations.
Education
Experience
• English – Full professional proficiency (written and spoken) – Mandatory
• Hebrew – Native or near-native proficiency – Mandatory
• LLB in Laws + Israeli Bar accosiation licence – Mandatory
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in legal roles – Mandatory
• Experience in a multinational or regulated industry (aviation, logistics, transport, or similar) – Advantage
• Experience managing claims or disputes – Advantage
• Additional degree in business, finance, or economics – Advantage
• Proactive approach with ability to push forward assignments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
