Group/Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training, and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with our field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services. Our comprehensive services include: proactive management of tools to identify and improve performance; expertise in optics, image processing and motion control with worldwide service engineers, 24/7 technical support teams and knowledge management systems; and an extensive parts network to ensure worldwide availability of parts.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a leading global technology company.

At KLA, we are seeking recent graduates to join our global Service Supply Chain organization and play a key role in supporting customers around the world.

In this fast-paced and dynamic position, you will coordinate urgent service activities, help ensure critical spare parts are delivered on time, and work closely with global teams to minimize customer downtime.

In this role you will:

• Manage urgent service orders and customer escalations to ensure timely execution.

• Coordinate spare parts availability and shipments for global customers.

• Track order progress and collaborate with Planning, Logistics, and Service teams.

• Generate reports, monitor KPIs, and analyze trends using Excel and BI tools.

• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• Work closely with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field - must

• Recent graduate or up to 2 years of experience.

• Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.

• Fluent English (written and verbal).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
