Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Immunology Business Unit, focusing on our Psoriasis portfolio.

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the product strategy, driving marketing initiatives, and collaborating cross-functionally to maximize product performance and value. You will play a key role in both strategic planning and hands-on execution in a dynamic and impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies aligned with overall business objectives

• Lead the planning and execution of tactical marketing activities, including promotional materials, campaigns, and digital initiatives to optimize product performance and maintain strong share of voice

• Serve as an active member of the Core Value Team (CVT), contributing to the full product lifecycle from strategic planning to implementation

• Monitor and analyze product performance, market trends, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support forecasting processes

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, and Sales, to ensure successful launches and lifecycle management

• Partner with the Digital Manager to develop innovative digital and hybrid engagement solutions

• Represent the company at international congresses, scientific meetings, and industry events

• Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards

Requirements

• B.Sc. in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree – an advantage)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in product management within an international pharmaceutical company

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies

• Proven project management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the pharmaceutical industry
