Role Description The רפרנט/ית כספים ושכר (Finance and Payroll Representative) is a full-time, on-site role based in Lod. The role involves handling payroll processes, including data collection, validation, and entry into payroll systems, while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and organizational policies. Responsibilities include supporting financial reporting, reconciling payroll and related accounts, and coordinating with HR and other departments on salary, benefits, attendance, and pension matters. The position also requires responding to employee inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and working with advanced HR, payroll, and attendance systems to ensure timely and precise salary payments. The Finance and Payroll Representative contributes to process improvement and supports the implementation of new functionalities and regulatory updates across the company’s systems.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and social benefits, with hands-on experience in salary calculations and related financial procedures.
• Experience working with computerized payroll, HR, attendance, and pension systems, preferably in large or technology-oriented organizations.
