This role reports to the GSB CIO and is responsible for shaping and executing the GSB IT and data strategy, building modern data platforms, and driving AI-enabled business transformation in close partnership with HP’s global data organisation.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise data transformation across GSB in partnership with HP Global Data organization
• Build, manage, and scale a data engineering team
• Define and shape the GSB IT strategy aligned with business priorities
• Design and implement modern data platforms supporting AI/ML use cases
• Act as a strategic partner to senior business and IT stakeholders
Required Qualifications & Experience
• 10+ years of IT leadership experience in large, global organizations
• Strong experience in enterprise applications implementation
• Deep expertise in data platforms, data engineering, and architecture
• Proven ability to define and execute IT strategy
• Managerial experience leading global teams
Preferred Qualifications
