Role Description The Production Line Team Leader is a full-time, on-site position based in Netanya, responsible for leading daily operations on the production line. This role includes overseeing production activities, assigning tasks, monitoring output and quality, and ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards. The team leader coordinates production schedules, collaborates with logistics and engineering to meet targets, and addresses operational issues to minimize downtime. Daily responsibilities also involve training and guiding team members, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining accurate production records and reports. The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure efficient, reliable manufacturing aligned with company goals. Qualifications
