A global technology leader at the forefront of AI and accelerated computing is looking for a CAD & PLM Support Engineer to join its global PLM & Engineering Systems team.

In this role, you will support the engineering applications and systems used by R&D teams, troubleshoot complex technical issues, collaborate with international experts, and play a key role in enabling engineers to develop the next generation of cutting-edge technologies.

This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, understanding how engineering systems work and working closely with users, while remaining close to the engineering domain without being directly involved in product design.

This is a hybrid position requiring onsite presence at our client's Tel Aviv office twice a week.

What You'll Do:

• Provide technical support for PLM and engineering applications used by Hardware, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering teams.

• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve issues related to engineering systems and workflows.

• Analyze root causes, collect technical information and escalate complex issues when required.

• Manage and prioritize support requests based on business impact and urgency.

• Work closely with global engineering support teams in the US, Europe, India and China.

• Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides and internal knowledge base articles.

• Identify recurring issues, analyze trends and recommend improvements to engineering processes and system usability.

• Support the ongoing migration to a new PLM environment and help ensure a smooth transition for engineering users.

• Over time, become the primary engineering applications support expert in Israel.

What We're Looking For"

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Software, Systems Engineering or a related engineering discipline) – required.

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting engineering applications, PLM systems, CAD/EDA environments or technical engineering systems.

• Experience working with engineers or R&D organizations.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.

• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and investigate complex technical issues independently.

• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Fluent English, with the ability to work effectively with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Windchill.

• Experience with Cadence Allegro, Creo, Perforce or similar engineering applications.

• Experience supporting PLM, CAD or engineering software environments.

• Experience with Linux.

• Experience writing technical documentation or knowledge base articles.
