Position Overview-
• Production Test Engineer (Mixed-Signal ICs) owning the execution, stabilization, and optimization of production test flows for high-performance chipsets in a high-volume manufacturing (HVM) environment.
• Driving test yield optimization, cost reduction, and capacity scaling while ensuring strict adherence to silicon quality benchmarks.
• Troubleshooting production test failures, tracking hardware-level bugs, and managing Automated Test Equipment (ATE) setups.
• Partnering closely with Design, Validation, and Yield Engineering teams to refine test methodologies, maximize coverage, and isolate manufacturing issues.
• Analyzing high-volume test data to generate production reports and implement data-driven process improvements.
