We are looking for a skilled, hands-on Test Pilot to join our Mission Ops team and lead UAV flight-test activities across development, validation, and customer demonstration phases. The role is ideal for an experienced drone operator with strong field capabilities, technical understanding, and proven experience flying DJI, Autel, and especially FPV/racing drone platforms. Responsibilities: • Execute UAV flight-test activities across development, validation, and customer demonstration phases, operating DJI, Autel, and FPV/racing drone platforms in field environments • Prepare drone platforms for testing, including firmware, payloads, communication links, sensor calibration, system configuration, and pre-flight inspections • Perform routine maintenance, basic repairs, component replacement, inventory management, and spare-parts coordination to ensure operational readiness

    Requirements: • Valid drone pilot license for UAVs up to 25 kg — mandatory • Proven hands-on experience operating DJI, Autel, and FPV/racing drones • Technical understanding of UAV systems • Experience preparing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing drones in field environments
