Project Manager Director

We are looking for an experienced Security Researcher to join us in building a new research team that will help detect and overcome product security challenges. As part of the role, you will make a deep dive into the mobile security world. You will have the opportunity to research the latest security mitigations, solve incredibly complex and satisfying technological challenges and learn all the time from the best researchers.

Requirements: • 8+ years of Project Management experience within a technology-driven R&D organization, including significant leadership experience. • Proven experience leading Project Management teams, including managing managers and operating in a highly matrixed organization. • Demonstrated success in building and scaling Project Management methodologies, governance, and cross-company processes. • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and modern engineering organizations. • Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing strategic decisions across multiple business functions. • Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams. • Strong technical orientation and the ability to understand complex software development environments. • Outstanding communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills. • Background in Project Management within software, cybersecurity, defense, or other technology-intensive industries – an advantage.
