Full Stack Engineer

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer for a new long-term project focused on building a modern internal business platform from scratch. The platform will help internal teams work more efficiently, reduce operational bottlenecks, automate daily workflows, and support AI-enabled business processes. This will be the first technical role in a new software team, with potential to expand the team in the future. The developer should be hands-on, proactive, client-oriented, and able to take ownership of both architecture and implementation.

This is a hybrid full-time contractor engagement in Ramat Gan, Israel.

What you’ll be doing:

• Build a new internal back-office platform from scratch

• Lead hands-on full-stack development across front-end and back-end

• Define system architecture and technical foundation

• Design and develop scalable APIs, services, databases, and user interfaces

• Work directly with business teams to understand workflows and translate needs into software solutions

• Support integrations with third-party systems and internal tools

• Build dashboards, reports, and operational views

• Identify opportunities for workflow automation and AI integrations

We’re looking for someone with:

• 6–8 years of relevant full-stack development experience

• Strong front-end and back-end development skills

• Experience building complex systems from scratch

• React and/or Next.js

• Node.js or another modern, scalable back-end technology

• SQL databases and/or MongoDB

• API design and development

• AWS, GCP, or similar cloud platforms

• System architecture and scalable technical design experience

• Git-based development, CI/CD, and modern deployment practices

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Experience working directly with non-technical users and translating business needs into software solutions

• Strong client-facing and business-facing communication skills

Nice to have:

• Experience with ERP, back-office platforms, or internal business tools

• Dashboards and reporting experience

• Workflow automation experience

• AI integrations or AI-enabled business tools experience

• System integration experience

• Construction industry experience

• Early-stage, startup-style, or startup-as-a-service experience

This role is a good fit for a hands-on senior developer who can work directly with business users, understand operational needs, make practical architecture decisions, and take responsibility for building a new system from the ground up.
