This is an opportunity to take technical ownership of advanced hardware platforms, work on cutting-edge technologies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams in a hands-on development environment.
Responsibilities
🔹 Design high-speed digital boards including SerDes, DDR, and Ethernet interfaces.
🔹 Lead hardware development from architecture through schematic design and PCB layout.
🔹 Perform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and reviews.
🔹 Drive board bring-up, validation, debugging, and performance optimization.
🔹 Collaborate closely with Software, FPGA, Mechanical, and RF teams to ensure successful system integration.
🔹 Participate in technical reviews, risk assessments, and engineering decision-making processes.
Requirements
✔️ B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
✔️ 7+ years of hands-on hardware design experience.
✔️ Strong background in high-speed digital design and board-level architecture.
✔️ Experience with SI/PI methodologies and PCB design processes.
✔️ Proficiency with Cadence Capture and Allegro.
✔️ Extensive lab experience including debugging, measurements, and board bring-up.
✔️ Experience with Ethernet-based communication hardware.
✔️ Knowledge of EMC/EMI design considerations and compliance requirements.
✔️ Experience with clocking and synchronization solutions (PLL, Clock Trees, Jitter Analysis, Timing Architectures, SyncE).
✔️ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary global teams.
✔️ Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
