GFT (Gevasol Feedback Technologies) specializes in the development of custom motion and control systems for the defense, robotics, and medical industries.

We are seeking an experienced Hardware Team Lead to drive the development of advanced electronic boards and lead complex multidisciplinary projects in a dynamic engineering environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the hardware domain and the development of electronic boards for advanced industrial applications

• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle – from concept and architecture through integration and transfer to production

• Design, develop, simulate, and test analog and digital electronic circuits and embedded hardware systems

• Work closely with system engineers, software developers, mechanical engineers, manufacturing, and procurement teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Perform debugging, bring-up, validation, and troubleshooting of complex hardware systems

• Provide technical leadership, engineering guidance, and hands-on support throughout the development process

• Design schematics and PCB layouts from concept to final product

• Mentor and support engineers within the team while promoting engineering excellence and best practices

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering – mandatory

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in board-level design and development – required

• Strong experience in analog circuit design – required

• Previous technical leadership / team leadership experience – significant advantage

• Background in industrial electronics, control systems, or motion systems – advantage

• Familiarity with TI processors – advantage

• Strong system-level thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
