התפקיד משלב ניהול מוצר ופרויקטים, עבודה מול גורמים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים, אפיון פתרונות וניתוח נתונים. חלק מרכזי בתפקיד יהיה הטמעה והרחבת השימוש ב-Salesforce Data Cloud וב-Marketing Cloud.
במסגרת התפקיד:
• הובלת פרויקטי דאטה משלב הדרישה ועד ההטמעה
• תרגום צרכים עסקיים למסמכי אפיון ופתרונות טכנולוגיים
• עבודה עם צוותי שיווק, פיתוח ודאטה
• ניהול קהלים, טריגרים, אוטומציות ומסעות לקוח
• ניתוח ביצועי קמפיינים והפקת תובנות
• כתיבת שאילתות SQL ועבודה עם מאגרי מידע גדולים
דרישות התפקיד:
• לפחות שנתיים של ניסיון בהובלת פרויקטים בתחום הדאטה
• ניסיון בעבודה עם Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• היכרות מעמיקה עם אובייקטים ומבני נתונים ב-Salesforce
• שליטה ב-SQL וניסיון בכתיבת אפיונים
• יכולת עבודה מול ממשקים עסקיים וטכנולוגיים
ניסיון ב-Salesforce Data Cloud, בארגון פיננסי, ב-AWS, ב-Redshift או בקמפיינים רב-ערוציים - יתרון.
