• M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering / Physics – required
• Strong background in Digital Signal Processing (DSP), algorithms, and estimation theory – required
• Proven experience in R&D of signal processing algorithms and system analysis
• Knowledge in DSP, ADC/DAC, and stochastic processes
• Experience in digital communications (DAB/DVBT) – advantage
• Experience in FPGA-based algorithm implementation – advantage
• Familiarity with communication systems, radar, SIGINT, or electronic warfare – advantage
