Technical Manual QA Engineer

R2Net Inc. is an international software company, owned by the world's largest retailer of diamond jewelry, Signet Jewelers (NYSE SIG). What began as a modest trading network to sell diamonds has steadily transformed into a robust e-commerce and supply chain platform that connects the entire span of the diamond industry’s ecosystem, including manufacturers, retailers and consumers. R2Net owns and operates three distinct brands, Blue Nile, Segoma and Brio Animation Studio.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute end-to-end manual testing for new features and product enhancements.

• Perform functional, regression, integration and API testing.

• Be integration-focused, keeping in touch with all the features and how they may be affected by ongoing code changes.

• Identify, document, and track software defects.

• Relay QA results & bugs to all stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Manual QA.

• Experience testing web-based applications.

• Strong experience working with DevTools, logs, APIs, and Postman.

• Experience using AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Claude) as part of your daily work.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Experience composing complex software test plans, managing large QA integration projects, executing manual tests & reporting/delivering problems.

• Strong technical skills make you a pro at identifying bugs/

• English - high level.

Nice to Have (But not a must!)

• Bachelor's degree

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript

• Experience reading or analyzing automation test reports
