• ניהול תהליכי הגיוס למגוון תפקידים רפואיים, סיעודיים, ומנהליים, תוך שיתוף פעולה עם הנהלת בית החולים והמחלקות השונות
• הבטחת גיוס איכותי, מקצועי ומהיר התומך במצוינות הארגונית ובאיכות הטיפול
