Technical Lead

We're a global company of around 90 people, headquartered in the heart of Tel Aviv, delivering innovative digital solutions for leading mobile operators worldwide.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced engineering leader with a strong hands-on background—someone who has led teams, driven complex engineering initiatives, and still enjoys writing code.

In this role, you'll own the entire release lifecycle while remaining an active contributor to the codebase. You'll lead cross-functional execution, align Engineering, Product, QA and DevOps around every release, and continuously improve the way software is built and delivered.

This is a high-impact position for someone who enjoys combining technical leadership, operational excellence, and hands-on development to help a fast-moving engineering organization scale.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end release planning, coordination and production deployments.

• Develop high-quality software using TypeScript, Node.js and React.

• Design solutions, perform code reviews and leverage AI development tools such as Claude Code.

• Improve CI/CD pipelines and automate release processes.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth, predictable releases.

• Manage release risks, branching strategies and Go/No-Go decisions.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of hands-on software development experience.

• Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React.

• Experience leading software release or delivery processes.

• Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools (such as Claude Code or similar).

• Solid understanding of CI/CD, Git, branching strategies and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across teams.

• Passion for staying hands-on while leading processes and improving engineering excellence.
