    Matrix is looking for a Global Supply Chain Planner. This role will support end-to-end planning for complex global products (Electrophysiology).

    The position focuses on validating regional forecasts, translating demand into Net Requirements, aligning supply plans with local teams, suppliers, and external manufacturers, and supporting the IBP / S&OP process while balancing customer service, inventory levels, and business priorities across a global planning network.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Validate regional forecasts, challenge assumptions, and identify major demand changes, gaps, or inconsistencies.

    • Convert approved forecasts into Net Requirements based on inventory, safety stock, open supply, and planning parameters.

    • Align demand and supply with local planning teams, regional planners, suppliers, external manufacturers, logistics, finance, and commercial teams.

    • Monitor inventory, supply gaps, backorder risk, SLOB exposure, and service-level impact.

    • Support IBP / S&OP cycles with clear data analysis, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

    • Support new product launches (NPI), phase-in / phase-out (PIPO) activities, and supply readiness for assigned products.

    • Improve planning processes through better reporting, dashboards, automation, and standardization.

    Requirements:

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

    • Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, business planning, or operations planning.

    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel capability.

    • Information Systems: Proven experience with ERP / planning systems (such as SAP, Oracle, or similar).

    • Languages & Communication: Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) and the ability to work effectively with global stakeholders.

    • Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a global environment.
